For obsolete equipment we can design and supply brackets, adaptors and fixings to allow incorporation into expansion schemes, rather than expensive and time consuming replacement options.

With our 3D design capabilities we can provide models of interlocking for pre-approval by all parties involved in ensuring schemes transition smoothly from old to new operations. 

We can also rapid prototype cams, extensions, spacers and/or couplers so that conformation of the correct operation can be checked before manufacture in Brass, Mild Steel or Stainless Steel parts. 

SRHCI also have extensive experience in the Machine Safety Interlocking for the automotive, food, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.

Working to all relevant Standards such as the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC along with BS EN ISO 12100:2010, BS EN ISO 13849, BS EN 62061, ISO 14119 (BS EN 1088) to mention but a few.
